If JL and other directors can already announce to the market their intentions of what they will take up in the capital raising I can't see what's so price sensitive of saying if AGP will take up offer or not if they know already.
If the Co does know already that AGP will not be taking up the offer then don't they have a duty to disclose this financial material fact / issue "OR" is this just another example of their failure to disclose relevant information to us so that we may make our own balanced decisions concerning this capital raising.
Once again this failure to advise strenghtens my decision not to partake in this raising.
