Smitspan is to yield 7.1mtpa for 21 years. At a sale price of 100USD (high estimate) with 10% profit margin (low estimate) gives total profit 1.4bnUSD or 43.75cents per share (3.2bn shares) or 2.2cents per share per year which gives a P:E ratio of 1.4 at current price of share. Could the opportunity be any more golden? Where is the downside risk here? RSA needs more electricity. They have to burn coal in the Medupi Power Station from Feb 2012 cos its half way built and FSE will be supplying it.....and then afterwards we have the other 5 farms to dig up.
