What has fundamentally changed...?
The OFFTAKE Agreement has changed from... NAL PFS stated PLL offtake 60,000tpa or 50%
To suddenly to "First" 113,000 or 50% with a "conditions" summary saying that PLL have to agree to Carbonate or they Keep the 113,000 tpa or 50% for LIFE OF MINE....!
That is a fundamental change that Shareholders were not aware of beforehand..
Can't argue that it's not a fundamental change that effects valuation.
