My feelings are motivated by a cash rich company that has ignored its owners (the shareholders) & is not going to pay a dividend out of its mountain of cash. I don't see them spending or announcing detailed development plans. Also, surely this is the same company that had to be financially rescued, & I understand still has the previous management.
Cash is not for admiring, it is for either use or return to shareholders.
