With the biggest one being that we don’t have a proper alternative to fossil fuels. The technology we have now in the renewable sector is not fit for purpose by a long shot. The cost’s associated with building what little the world already has, has almost crippled most of the highly committed countries and now they are about to face a cold winter.
Responsible government’s have shown us the importance of ensuring energy security and the importance of being able to supply it at an affordable price. Not so responsible government’s have also shown us the same thing.
As for the MMCC aspect or do you just consider it to be just a climate that is changing and that’s why you used CC, instead?
The scientific modelling/opinion is that we can still stop a catastrophic change in climate so why do you keep suggesting that the wheels are already off?
