My point exactly, people get lung disease for many different reasons. Maybe they should paint big signs on paint tins of rotten toes and lung cancer. ------------------------------------------------
In the early years, same as smoking, they didn't know the damage was being done, they do now and are acting.
When they first invented stick (electric) welding, boiler makers where inside tanks welding them up sucking in the fumes.
The found out later that the fumes/smoke was condensing in to fluids in their lungs.
They drown in their own lungs, through ignorance.
They are now well ventilated in their work places
