Yep agree. I wasn't asking from a view point of commercial viability (or mistrust). If we meet the outcomes its clear there may be pharma interest. It was being asked purely from a scientific clarification of what stable disease actual means if the disease still goes on to be the cause of death. Surely something changes and it moves from stable back to progressive in order to do this. Is it MPL ceases having an effect over a period? I'm curious as to what it may be. Or is it that depending on where the tumours are they may have triggered irreparable damage to vital organs that lead to death anyway.

Obviously we haven't cured it and I understand that very well, and even in the stable disease case there seems to be a compelling commercial and ethical case for the use.
