No idea. GMG is about 27% of the AREIT index, so when AREITS get sold off, specifically passive index funds GMG can be put under significant selling pressure. On that basis I would expect GMG can trade both far lower and far higher than it's intrinsic value.
That's another reason I think TA for GMG won't be very useful.
