I for one also want closure with ASX. This cannot fizz out to a no show ending. All shareholders deserve to know what is disclosed through that 'treasure trove' of documents.

I have followed this thread as a holder over the years and I dare say there are many regular holders (without bias ties to ISX/SP1, ASX, OM, AFR, etc) who over the years can see areas of fault on both sides. I have been so looking forward to the day the courts let me know if I parked my moderate investment with shonks, or if the spitballing MO tried their best at finding definitive cause for the action taken but came up blank.

TBH, I've obviously hoped for the latter to be the case, but would not be too surprised if the courts decided in favour of ASX. If that were to be the case though, I'm at a loss as to why this affair had to drag out for as long as it has. Surely evidence to justify the suspension could have been aired earlier. The docs I've read so far haven't given me the answers needed.

One question I have. I read in these threads how the strategy may well be to not pay the $2.6m costs ordered due to wanting a favourable outcome in the case against ASIC. Let's just assume for now that ASIC lose - by not paying costs against ASX is the opportunity for a suspended court case to then resume, or does failure to pay costs terminate the ability for court action to resume. Sorry if this is a basic question, but I'm not a legal expert and would never attempt to present myself as one.
