Off the fags for 3 weeks now.. bloody hard to give up and people who have not had to underestimate how hard it is.

Funny how there is pity for drug addicts etc yet humble smoker who partakes of a legal act gets hammered.

The reality is that smokers would love not to smoke.. but it is not that easy.

The other side of that is that the support to quit is also there.

Best book you can get is Allen Carr's Easy Way to stop smoking.
