This is bad news normally as per GGE a few days ago where their result showed Contingent Resource - but in essence meant the helium was there but they cannot get it out unless some new technology is found to get over the contingency.

Contingent Resources are those quantities of petroleum estimated, as of a given date, to be
potentially recoverable from known accumulations, by the application of development project(s)
not currently considered to be commercial owing to one or more contingencies.
