A hydrocarbon terminal is generally specific to liquid hydrocarbons such as Gasoline (PMS), ATK, AGO, DPK which are obtained from the fractional distillation of crude oil. We know what the mineral terminal is for

"Commissioned in March 2018, the deep seaport of Kribi that has the largest draught on the West and Central African coasts (16 metres), currently has two terminals. The first is a 350-metre container terminal operated by the Bolloré-CHEC-CMA CGM consortium. The second terminal is a multipurpose terminal, under the management of KPMO, a joint venture of local port operators. In the long term, a hydrocarbon terminal and a mineral terminal will be built inside the port platform. The mineral terminal will allow the exportation of products mined in the Eastern region of Cameroon."

Maybe the hydrogen is really good for a steel producing factory as they use a lot of energy that type of plant
Andrew forrest has or is taking that approach which will benefit his I O projects
Hydrogen takes up a lot of space to store so i think might take a long time to fit in the worlds energy system
Green hydrogen is the most wanted ATM
Maybe AFRICA is thinking or planning to produce steel.....?
