Couple of questions.
1. How is the property sale going anyone know, and will the nsw govt decision to pay $100k to taxi plate owners and de regulate the licencing system, similar to what was done in Vic where they have a large number of plates now. Still going to cost a lot of money to buy the car regardless of the plate cost. Will it change things to any degree, judging by the Victorian experience to date probably not a huge change.

2. In the presentation a few weeks ago, reporting the ff div to be estimated in the order of 70cps. That is a lot higher than some estimates of 40cps. I'd be disappointed with 40cps. Perhaps they sell of the HQ then come back for additional asset sales after that, so 2 divs.
