A very good question on the CFO - perhaps they are waiting to finalise these latest apparent deals in N America and SE Asia before hiring a CFO? No idea really, just a thought.
Re the lack of news, I'm getting impatient that's for sure! Remember back in July, the following comments were made:
- Re-affirm guidance of $144mill full year income and $45mill SPS.
- Question on North American progress. Tom made a comment that they have had to improve production capabilities to fit into the North American requirements but tracking along so far.
- Caribbean question about talk of significant pipeline here for quite a while but nothing really has eventuated to date. Tom made mention he expects significant impacts very soon here.
Clearly there have been delays on the Caribbean front, I couldn't imagine Tom would make those comments if he knew nothing would be announced until Post October or more. However i doubt these deals will fall over, moreso the contract specifics have proved a little more challenging to get right, given significantly larger deals that i expect to be announced?
The same goes with N America, clearly production capabilities was the first port of call as mentioned by Tom. But again, if these are bigger deals, then i expect they may be working through the same contract complexities and therefore taking longer than expected.
In short, I think the wait will be worthwhile, but gee testing my patience now!!
Finally - as to the pure technicals and the chart, we are right on the support line since the trend reversal from December. Lets hope we hold or we could be heading back to mid teens in the short term, without any significant announcements!
