He has definitely gotten a couple of sternly worded emails from me in the last few days. The thing that frustrates me to no end about a guy like JA who seems to be using MAN as a lifestyle company is that after the CR if you put that money to work and actually do your job that $225k salary could easily be 10x or 20x if he performed well. An old boss of mine was the same way…then when the money runs out, which it always does for those guys they think they can just recreate the same opportunity they had before but it doesn’t work like that.
