That's truly amazing - you think that AYO is a bargain at a market cap of $100mil and that PSA is a sell at a market cap of $150mil.
We expect PSA will have a positive cashflow of $60mil+ next year,can you tell me what AYO will have in cashflow next year - I can't see more than $20mil from Turkey and I'm not convinced their US operations will be cashflow positive even though they're spending big dollars on them at the moment.
Anyway I picked up 15k PSA today at $1.22 after somebody dumped 50k on the market.
I'll keep looking into AYO but doesn't seem good value to me at the moment.
