Question is TK4 is will/would that be announced? I doubt it very much. They only have to announce a material discovery. What material means is probably depends on perspective??? Who knows. Fact is though IMO if they hit something of substance they have to announce it. Gas in the mud and shows won't meet the reporting rules IMO.
