I heard on ABC radio today that installing of wiring for ev battery recharging in already established apartment blocks is prohibitively expensive.
Costs for installation would fall on owners body corporations. Majority vote would probably be required.
This will delay apartment owners in existing apartments acquiring ev cars unless someone (maybe local council) gives assistance?
Future apartment complex developers should be compelled to have charging points in their plans.
