Yes there will be incoming affidavits from all parties to confirm their evidence/cases.
The orders put forth by the judge earlier this month gave submission end/due dates for each party to make their affidavits. The further continuance of the case is then on 6 October - I presume, based on the readings of same, directive for case closure or more evidence to be then made.
