It's pretty clear the only issue is securing finance during global macro uncertainty.
I guess investors need to make a call whether or not these conditions are going to get stable enough for CYM to gain finance or not.
Personally I think we'll see a new bottom of the market within the next few weeks. The DXY and Bonds are looking like they will have a pull back. Inflationary pressures such as oil have already started to recede.
