I think the issue some have is that the BLA was originally 'hinted' in the latter part of 2021 of being resubmitted in the FH CY 2022 ... granted that there were some major changes in the people dealing with this BLA resubmission during that time - for example;
Dr Rose was made CMO (2nd February) and Dr Krause was also appointed to the Board during that time (24th March) and both are bound to be heavily involved now in the review process but it is all about 'market perception' IMO if they blow through another "expected" timeline as let's not forget, Mesoblast have made these comments since these two have both "had their fingers in the pie" so to speak .....
