I don't know about Yahua being desperate but the thing that really baffles is that the companies you mentioned have nothing much there, except for some Lithium projects with no work done, especially EFE, all they have is some ground, which might have something , no drilling or a JORC resource even yet and a small amount of cash, yet they are trading at over $30 million.

Another thing they are concentrated with 1 to 3 projects only and if there is nothing in the ground well everything is gone.
They also seem to be spending a lot on gathering rock chips and on management pay.

We on the other hand have more than $5 million in cash, a $10 million facility, liquid investment to convert to cash easily of over $3 million (BMM) and we have multiple projects which are being worked on and drilling soon to get a JORC resource, and even then our monthly expenditure is very reasonable. By the way we also already have a resource estimate for the Gold project.
