How much carbon is released by the manufacture of a single EV
And the running of it on our fossil fuel based grid

Also tell me about the impact of an EV battery going into the soil/ water tables, is that worse than carbon in the atmosphere?

Lord. This is a silly argument. "inevitable" it may be, but why would you support it.

your derision is a problem for you..... if you can't accept the reality of the situation, its your problem.

as I said, please read the post, I'm non-committed to EVs but I recognise the inevitable transition, just as the renewable energy transition is equally inevitable.
