    I don't think everyone owning an EV is inevitable, because the materials are scarce.

    The implications of banning ICEs is practically speaking removing personal transport from a bulk of people.

    Therein lies another inevitability - the loss of readily accessible personal transport.

    But, I guess we can't discuss that inevitability either, lest it appears I am "deriding"?
