It seems uncle Tom picked a good timing to sell $GL1 shares nearly at the top of its valuation. With 24$M cash, BRB EV is 41$M.
From the 41M$ we need to take out another 10M$ in cash for Gl1 achieving Manna milestone and the 20% from Manna (how much?) so this is ridiculously cheap.
