If you want to hold at all costs fine, just don't complain about it. You've had plenty of time in the last 15 months to get out at small loss, in Dec it went back to 3.5 for example. You didn't, so back yourself or learn the lesson. In the two events you mentioned SP went back to mid 3s several times. Oh you don't like charts? then read the tea leaves better. Oh you read it wrong? hey its called the share market not a fixed deposit.

The share market is a vicious thing, if you can't take the volatility or your risk profile doesn't allow it (e.g. near retirement )then WHAT ARE YOU DOING HOLDING SHARES. In the most volatile market conditions of recent history to boot.

Anyhow have a think. You really reckon the SP slide is all due to Thodey not saying anything public? Ever check the ASX short sell list? what do you think is going on, why are people shorting TLS, whats going to happen when they have to cover?

For the record, I went in at 2.96. Maybe I'll regret it. My stop is at 2.80. If I lose so be it I made the wrong call. What were YOU doing when you first realised you had made the wrong call? WHy did you sit on your hands?
