The pleadings are quite involved, and seems that Benny lost round one with similar claims at the Vic Supreme Court, but these grifters think they will succeed in Federal Court, coz, um, its 'fair'.
Grifters will then, if successful, need to make their claim in a Cypriot Court, as Australian Fed Court has not jurisdiction over Cyprus property. This was painfully made aware to the ATO during the freezing order case, which the ATO has now discontinued and case closed. So, total waste of everyones time, except for Benny, who thinks its a 'winner'.
Going on Benny's record, no doubt it is.
