So the bitumen side of the company is a goer, no doubt about that. Alpha will happen and will be extremely lucrative.

As we know the geothermal side of things has been introduced as not only an option to offset carbon emissions from Alpha but also as a second financially lucrative stream for the company given the current state of play within the energy sector.

If for any reasons the geothermal option does not pan out GRV can always fall back on the original solar idea to offset Alphas carbon emissions or alternatively purchase carbon credits to offset all emissions. Alpha will definitely happen by hook or by crook.

But thanks to GRV's forward thinking management they are attempting to bring us the cake which we can then eat.

Why buy carbon credits essentially throwing away a % of the profit when with a little bit more patience, diligence and planning in the early stages of the project they can potentially monetize all aspects of it.

Granted there have been delays, broken time lines and changes in plans along the way. I dont like it and I too, like @oaftar, am way under water but hiccups and road blocks are a given when your pioneering a new route.

I'd like to think the bottom is in. God, I pray the bottom is in as its too mind blowing to think why we would sink any lower than where we are now.

The next few months will see us with the refined Parr reactor test results and then shortly after that a PFS. I do believe big things are in store for little ol' GRV just gotta park the frustration and have a good dose of patience with this one it seems.
