I'm not too worried about BNP and as @Chemist1959 and @rizzla pointed out they could have just moved shares to different accounts. The SP has dropped more than in half (37.5c to current SP) from the last T20 update and the majority of the shareholders haven't sold a share during this time which provides me a fair bit of comfort.
Perennial dropping from >5% stake at their highest to below 2.2m shares is a bit disappointing but at least they should be almost done selling if they aren't already.
Further updates will come in October as Alcoa is due to release their results on October 19th (our 20th) and then we should get the quarterly from FYI the last month of October.
The annual report and presentation made reference to a number of agreements that are currently being negotiated:
I would expect Roland to be pushing hard for the FID and these agreements to be finalised and signed before the end of January so that he can earn his performance rights/shares. I think at most we will have to wait 4 months before the FID is made but perhaps we'll get an early Christmas present.
