it's been years since l was familiar with salary packaging and the sector

my guess however is that the amount which can be salary packaged in health and for in non for profits has not changed for a couple of decades.

l am reluctant to reinvest in the sector - as without indexing the benefits l doubt real commitment
it's like being paid the same amount for decades.

happy to be corrected, salary packaging will still be there next year, but what about in a decade or two?

is it like coal mining - great now but in the future?
still l am not up to date and could be wrong
