although the project seems to be robust, there appears to more things going against the share price than for

pretty sure Oswal doesnt even look at what his shareholding is worth so i don't think he is concerned

though it is a concern from the perspective that he is unlikely to get involved with any development IMO (given management are starting to look elsewhere for funding, which will only be provided with offtake IMO) so his shares become an overhang issue just like BHP's 5m shares

the fact that management haven't secured any broker support since listing makes you wonder how the share price will ever get back over 30c with 2 of their largest shareholders potentially selling in the near future. Meanwhile Bell Potter continue to sell off shares on behalf of there clients even at this low price

with so many people exiting and even more potentially going to exit, who is going to be game enough to buy?

most placements that are done via brokers come with at least a positive broker report , why they ever went down the path of placing stock to Bells clients is beyond me, how was it ever going to be a positive move for POZ

putting those issues aside, how are they going to get hold of $400m+ with a 20c share price?

IMO the only way out is to sell the company and call it quits

most would take 40c per share if they could get it
