It appears the reason this is late is, " that LIT have not received any " Valid " nominations for the vacant directors Slot , I presume the Alan Griffin resignation caused it and current management did not recognize the need. No doubt fast tracking the 2023 appointment of Simon Linge was considered, but looks like he is in no hurry.
