I have exchanged emails with JC this week and cortina boy is spot on. Tibotec are going through some internal issues, J & J have closed down the research department that AVX were dealing with. A lot of those guys have lost there jobs and all funding for new programmes has been pulled. JC was as surprised as the rest of us. Tibotec remain interested but do not have the funds to continue.

Unblinding data is currently underway and will be released before the end of the month. I asked the question "Do you have genuine potential partners?"

This was his response;
"There are genuine parties interested in ATC, a couple of which are also interested in the integrase program. We are going through the most recent data as well as preparing for the final 24 week data report due later this month which should help them complete their DD process."

Shareholders selling now are very short sited in my opinion, there was no premium built in for a Tibotec deal, the products are very advanced and we are at the business end. The smart investors are using this sp price weekness to top up.

As for those that call this a dog, you are right until proven wrong. Personally I don't think that is far away.
