I sure hope it isn't $45m for the Audit and $217m Non-Audit fees as disclosed in that table LOL. It looks like TNG's standards and attention to detail have rubbed off on the auditors!!
Assuming it is only $45k for the audit, I don't think it is too high - after all the auditors would have had a lot of topics, statements and anomolies to investigate to get enough comfort to sign off as oppposed to a straight forward audit for a company well run with clear and transparent operations and communication.
