Agreed. His descriptions on timing are what constantly get us into this cycle of anticipation and abject disappointment. He could have easily said "We plan to file by the end of the year" - buying himself three months of time for slippage.
And any LTSH that says they didn't wake up today hoping for an announcement is a fibber! We all wanted to see it.
It might still come, maybe by October 5 or 6, to account for the fact that it isn't technically the end of the quarter yet, and that would still be cool for me. If so, that would still be in line with the clear promise he made expectation he set about filing (using our newly agreed words to describe SI's last comments on timing...).
