the sample size was only 4
3 / 4 = 75%
so it's very hard to tell the real accuracy but given the following:
CT<=25
36 / 36 = 100%
75% sounds on the low side for CT>26<=30
Wedging it between much better numbers looks weird until you realise the last number is the total of CT<=25 and CT>25<=30
