TLG - Media, page-10927

I haven't been keeping up to date with this thread... so please excuse me if I bring stuff up which has already been discussed. (Been a long term holder of TLG but currently only hold a small parcel).

I see that @tigmeister has been raising concerns. I have to say I share some of them. The fundamentals for TLG are beyond dispute but if the EU is now going to be subject to several years of energy supply problems the question in my mind is ....how can there be confidence the planned projects of TLG's partners will proceed on time and on budget?

The loss of the Nord Stream gas (1 & 2) cripples the EU heavy industries for years going forward. The refining of raw materials for industrial production, the certain rise in industrial closures and the knock-on effects for component supplies etc., ... the possible list of secondary consequences is long. The alternative supply of liquefied LNG can not make up the shortfall.

Although the market for TLG remains open in the rest of the World, the business plan has always been EU centric. I think there is a serious risk that TLG becomes collateral damage in this conflict and may suffer long delays in reaching commercialisation.
