Help i am confused. Isn't the desalination plant a building site? One big plant with heaps of pipes. I really don't care about anonymity,i am a commercial air con plumber and have worked on sites for 25 years. So i have a very good idea what plumbers and everyone else on site gets paid. I have even stated the current EBA rates,am i missing something?
