The option to purchase Brisk expires today at 5pm AWST, which is 7pm QLD/NSW/VIC.
And then settlement should they acquire it will be late next week / early following week, unless otherwise another date agreed upon.
Probably going to get an announcement later this afternoon.
Full disclosure, I don't know how strict these option expiries are between the two parties to acquire land and I don't know if they're able to extend the option period without announcing, should they need extra time.
