Yes a good underlying company, but it's share price ran to hard in a 'zero interest rate world'.
Now the potential 'Minski moment' is upon us, interest rates look like being 'higher for longer'.
All this effects not just development appeal but also a significant downwards adjustment to fundamental value because of a significant increase in the equity risk premium.
Have patience, not time to enter yet in my opinion.
