There has been alot of speculation in the past that ITC is a takeover target. Therefore the way I see it, is that if ever anyone was going to have a serious crack at ITC, now is the time.
Market never likes delays. It will be interesting to see how many more people are going to fold sub 5 cents during this period.
I think alot of people would fold between 8-10 cents if they could get it right now.
Directors buying in the 5's says enough for me.
