Looks like business as usual over at Fawlty Towers.
I called this impending train smash out when it was tucked away in the annual report.
70,000 forced migrations to an inferior product and lying that Microsoft has depreciated Office 365 ... can't make this stuff up. Migrating to a cheap no-frills platform and trying to maximise profit, wonder what churn rate will look like in the next report?
