Hi everybody Iam from germany... I wrote an email to Mr. Schildkraut of NUP regarding The NEWS, the amazing 220MIO traded shares the day of/after the NEWS and the future situation of maybe selling or mining themselves....

The answer is very, very good in my eyes...

Sorry for the delay in answering your queries, I was away last week in meetings with relevant interests in the Northern Territory.
I respond accordingly.
Unfortunately we would be unable to understand and answer your questions in German.
The German Website was professionally translated for the company to enable easy promotion in Germany.
We unfortunately do not have the capacity to communicate in German routinely.
Your English is very good, and therefore ask your indulgence to continue to communicate with us in English. (We are able to speak Mandarin if thats easier!!)

Regarding our results from the Eva exploration program, you are correct in saying they are great results.
NuPower does not anticipate future licensing problems, as the Northern Territory of Australia where our projects are located is supportive of Uranium activities.
As a Territory and not a State, the company will also require Federal Government Approvals for aspects of mining and exporting uranium products.
The Federal Government of Australia is also supportive of uranium projects as is the major opposition political party.

The Directors of the company were also surprised at the trading volumes after our announcement.
It appears that the company trading was dominated by day traders who took the news as an opportunity to trade large volumes of stock.
No Directors or senior associates of the company sold any shares during this trading.
I personally acquired additional shares when the market showed particular weakness.
NuPower is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange ASX (Not TSX as per your enquiry). We advised the ASX of the announcement.
NuPower has not heard from them regarding the volume traded last week. This may be something the ASX may look into independent of NuPower.

Regarding additional results we are currently waiting on final results from our drilling program at our Lucy creek Phosphate project.
These will be announced to the market in accordance with the ASX listing rules.
