Reality is we are expecting a very early start to the wet season here in the Top End with much higher than average rainfall and higher than average cylcone risks.
I work for a public utility up here and I can tell you our Emergency planning meetings are in full swing already in preperation. Obviously , as every year, we can get through without major incident and i hope this year is the same.
