That's the difference, some invest with their eyes on the rear view mirror, some investment with their eyes firmly on the drivers windscreen in front.
But people need to learn this for themselves.

In this environment, its not just a return on your capital, its preservation of your capital.
I am no doomsayer on HVN, its a very well run company. But price is what you pay, value is what you receive. And as a small shareholder, one has an incredible advantage, that small share holder can be nimble.
