Can't say I won't be nervous for the next 2 weeks until he commences his position...
Imagine that - $150k money for jam without even starting the role. Why would this be even considered as a condition if there weren't any concern in making sh!t happen?

FFX announced a poor recapitalisation package within days of this appointment so it was probably all entwined - although the package was (thankfully) pulled, we still however don't have funding, and due to the rapid backflip, the BOD look even more incompetent than before the 6c package was announced.

We have until 31 Jan to find another angle, or Scott gets $150k upon termination due to unsuccessful funding... Win/Win for Scott all round here, and FFX could be a further $150k down in 4 months for nothing.

We need someone like RIO to be sniffing around for Li investment. Buy the whole of FFX for $100m and they get 17.5% of LLL shareholding at a discount and can sell off the 'free' Morila Gold operation that comes with it or put it into C&M until the POG rebounds.

I am in utter disbelief we find ourselves in this position. Gone from being in our strongest position to date to being on our knees in a matter of a few months, and the person who got us into this position gets a golden handshake and gets to move on like nothing happened. No idea how one can keep their head up, let alone show their face after such contempt for SHs.

At least AC can feel what it's like to have capital locked up with the possibility of never seeing it again.

I've had to sell down some LLL due to being blindsided by the FFX suspension that came out of nowhere. Selling an undervalued stock I never wanted to sell, in a down market due to being unable to carry out my original portfolio plan.
And who says FFX is even going to get out of suspension and back on its feet?

    Not a happy SH.
