There may be very little if any free carry eventuating but we get a high calibre, immensely credible partner with the expertise.
At this stage with the geothermal we have the expertise is much more valuable than the turf.
This will help ensure than any money we spend will be done so wisely. It will also expedite the whole exercise multiples.
