How do they establish the tonnage ? I mean, let's say they mine 220k tonnes as per the announcement (yes I know officially it said 163k tonnes, but they did say they expect 220k). Do PLL get the first 113k tonnes, or do they just ensure they eventually get the 113k tonnes for that year ? Let's say they only forecast 120k tonnes for next year after starting up the plant - I can't see any contract being so far in favor of one party, that PLL get the entire 113k tonnes before SYA get any.
If only we had the full contract to peruse, not just a few paragraphs in a PFS.
