They’ve effectively halved the dividend policy to only 3-4c (USD) paid once yearly instead of twice. I don’t think many will buy this no matter what their ‘growth’ looks like. People were buying this for the dividend yield. I’m closing my position. I wouldn’t if I could sell covered calls on my holdings, but there’s no options on NGI. Better yields elsewhere.
