I also remember that Russia admits next to nothing. It took them 5 decades to admit they were responsible for the Katyn Forest massacre in Poland. They won’t admit to blowing all those innocent Aussies and Dutch on MH17 out of the sky, even though the evidence that they did is incontrovertible.
